Located on Houston Street, one of the main arteries of Lower Manhattan, this private home immediately strikes for its strong scenic impact: modern and essential but at the same time elegant. The Matrice collection by CEDIT (color Sostanza) combined with the B&W_Marble series (Black Matte colour) – used for external walkways and finishes. The whole ensemble is also enhanced by windows that are interspersed with the ceramic surfaces. The protagonists of the interior spaces are the Wooden Tile series - which covers the floors of the living room-kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms - and Matrice by CEDIT.
The services also include surfaces from the I Classici collection. The entrance hall features the precious marble-cement material combination of the I Classici series (Calacatta Gold) together with Matrice by CEDIT. The technical performances of the Industrial series instead find expression in the most "exposed" parts of the house, the external attic, the terraces and the garden.
